Fleet Terms.
Rental period / insurance / safe use / return condition / written release.
Rental Period
Rental begins when equipment leaves Summit Peak control and ends when returned, inspected, and accepted.
Customer Responsibility
The renter is responsible for safe use, trained operators, permits, damage, loss, theft, fuel, and site conditions.
Payment
Rates, deposits, transport, late fees, damage, cleaning, and additional charges must be agreed to before release.
Insurance
Proof of insurance may be required. Summit Peak may refuse release when coverage or site conditions are not acceptable.
Prohibited Use
Equipment may not be used beyond rated capacity, by unqualified operators, or in unsafe, unlawful, or unauthorized conditions.
Return Condition
Equipment must be returned clean, fueled as agreed, free of undisclosed damage, and available for inspection.
